Dawn, hope you see the dr. today!!!

Dawn, I hope you get to see the dr. today.  The waiting is crazy.  Just got word from my dr.  Yep, it is true, I have paused!!!  My little 10% of an ovary just said no more!  Good thing is that there are no more eggs to make dermoids, Yipee.  Anyway, waiting until the bone scan & mammo to see if we need to take any course of action.
Let me know how things go today.  Luv ya, sis

I had a blood test 2 days ago.  I haven't had my period in 70 days, I am 45 and I am 9 weeks post op.  I have had all kinds of menapausal symptoms.  Dr. wanted to check my estrogen levels and also thyroid. How are you doin'?

The thyroid is fine too.  The problem with me going on hrt is that I have benign breast lumps so I am not sure that it is an option for me.  After my mammo and bone scan next week, the dr and I will sit down and discuss my options if any.  Thanks for caring! Luv ya too sis
