Dermoid cycst/ lost both ovaries

My daughter had a dermoid on one of her ovaries the size as a women being pregnant of 5months they had to remove and day of surgery found another dermoid on her other ovary alot smaller. They thought could possiably be cancerous and had to remove to both. She lost both ovaries and now has the menopause symptoms with the instant hot flashes. Any help with natural medicine or of a good Dr that practices natural? She is 24 years old. God is good because with that lost we became grandparents two days later. Thanks

Dermoid tumor-I thinks is the same as cyst...My daughter age 14 has a 6.5cm cyst on her ovary.  Just want to know what her risks are and what we should ask and say at her apt.  What direction do we want to go?
