Desmoid tumor after cesarian

Hi Doctor,

My sister, lives in India, had a desmoid tumor in c-section area. That was removed by surgery one year back. A mesh was installed in abdomin (abdomen) area for support.
Four months back again another tumor started and is growing. Now it is apporximately 10mm long.

She went to couple of doctors with CT scans. They say it is no harm and suggest to go with medication. But my sistered already suffering of side affects of harmonal injections which were given after the first tumor removal.
Is this kind of turmor is really dangerous? Is it a good idea to go with another surgery or medication?

We are looking for an advice from an expert like you before we take a decision with confidence.

the first thing I would suggest is to have the slides and parafiin block from your sister's prior resection reviewed in the United States if you can do that
I would suggest a major academic center such as johns Hopkins, Massachusetts general Hospital, Mayo Clinic, and many others.

The reason is that the decision on therapy is completely dependent on the pathology.
