Do EARLY detection tests exist? If not, how can I help....

Where can I find screening tests?  I do not know much about ovarian cancer.  But from what I read, no screening tests for early detection exist. Is this true?  If so, or if not, I would like to help in my own small way.

My company would like to donate to organizations raising awareness and doing research on Ovarian Cancer.  We are in Ohio, and would like to know if someone can give us a contact at the Cleveland Clinic, or send us info on what they are doing.

We donate a portion of our sales from our jewelry lines to different causes and just did an ovarian cancer awareness ribbon. It is new, we have not sold any yet--but know we will and need a place to send our proceeds.  Please, contact me with any organizations you recommend.  We don't know where to begin.  Finding breast cancer organizations was easy, this is a hard decision for us.
