Do I Have Ovarian Cancer?

Hey there. I was just recently in the hospital due to lower abdominal pain and the fact that I was on my period for 9 days. A somewhat heavy and painful period.. I had also noticed a few other symptoms.. So they did blood work and everything came back fine, but when they looked at the pictures from my ultrasound, they told me there were masses over both of my ovaries.
But then they discharged me and told me that I needed to follow up with a specialist immediately because they couldn't figure out what it was.
Today is the 11th day and I'm still bleeding.. I have cramps and my stomach feels bloated. I don't have much of an appetite and its hard for me to use the restroom because anytime I need to "push", even just the slightest bit, it pains me.. So, I'm a little scared right now. What does this sound like?

Hi There
a diagnosis of ovarian cancer is made at surgery when an ovary is removed and examined microscopically

you need to get copies of your reports and see exactly what the ultrasound reports say
as a general rule, you should always keep copies of your labs and xrays and pap smears.

if you can get them and report them here, I can comment
thank you

Hi, based on what you say it could be many things BUT the fact you do have masses on your ovaries you should see a gynecologic oncologist as soon as possible. Please keep me posted!
