Does Isolated lymph node recurrence for OVCA have better chance of remission

My mother was diagonised with ccc(clear cell carcinoma) of Ovary in 2006 March. 6 cycles of taxol and cisplatin were given followd by total Hysterectomy(CA 125-47) . in 2007 Dec it relapsed with (CA 125-62.5) in shape of a small omentum cake and that was also removed by omentrctomy (Full) followed by 4 cycles of liposomal doxrubicin + Cyclophosphamide. (Ca 125 became 20)

Now In sept another recurrence was detected in one of her Lymph node in her coeliac lymph node position (2.5x3.5cm) with CA 125 -128 . Doctors asked her to wait for 3/4 months and now in this 4 months the Lymph node has become little bigger with size (4cmx2cm) with two other small nodes in same region (2cm x 2.5cm). But CA 125 is 536.

Could you please help me about the progress of disease and chances of remission on Chemo and surgery? From Net I came to know that Isolated lymph node recurrence has very good chance of remission under intensive therapy.
Please help.
