Does she have Ovarian Cancer?

Just recently my sister underwent an operation to remove a cyst and her left ovary. After getting the result of the Hystopat(im not sure on how it is spelled) the doctor said the cyst was raptured and was malignant? What does this mean? Does she have cancer?
The Doctor that was referred to further suggets to have an inhibin Tumor marker for granlusa cell ovarian cancer<<-- im not really sure what the test is? where can it be administered? there is none here in the philippines... please help me ... im a bit worried right now.. what else whould i know? It is my understanding that granulosa cell tumors are very rare, and  while it is a form of cancer, granulosa cell has a lowered chance of spreading throughout the body, especially if caught early and treated aggressively.   This form of cancer tends to reoccur in the same area as it originally developed, unlike some ovarian cancers that spread to the lungs or the liver.   At one time, there was a website for granulosa cell tumors, but I do not know the address.

The Inhibin test is a tumor marker test, a simple bloodtest that detects the amount of a hormone that can be associated with the cancer.   After the cancer is removed, the level of inhibin is noted, and a rise in the level can indicate the cancer has returned or is growing.
