Endometrial hyperplasia/ suspicious ovarian lesion

I have been having bloating and abdominal pain off and on for years now.A few years back when i was first paranoid about ovarian cancer, my gp sent me for a reg u/s. It showed a thickening of the uterus. I had a laparoscopy and a d & c, done by a regular surgeon as i did not want to wait to see an ob/gyn.I was told i had hyperplasia and the laparoscopy showed i had an adhesion (bowel to stomach wall) which the surgeon used laser to correct. i was told there was nothing else suspicious or evidence of cancer.
Is there any connection between Endometrial Hyperplasia and ovarian cancer? should this hyperplasia i had have been monitored? Recently i had a trans/ vag u/s which showed a 1.5 cm x 2.5 cm hypoechoic lesion on my ovary. there were also remarks about the thickness of the uterus, but i didn't think they were important, not did my gp.would there be any purpose in putting them in the radiologist report if there was no signifigance? is there a normal range of thickness for the uterus an if so, what would it be? i have seen a gyn and i am currently scheduled for another laparoscopy early sept due to this lesion and elevated ca125 (62). could hyperplasia also elevate the ca125?
