Enlarged Ovary

I had my last pap in June and well didn't get good results. The only time in my life I had an abnormal pap and on top of that a week later I found out I have an enlarged ovary.  With all the research I have done and I even spoke to my then Dr.  I still don't know what it means to have an enlarged ovary.  It was found because of an ultrasound but no one has given me anymore info.  My Dr. said she just wanted to monitor it but I don't have insurance at this time so that plan has gone out the window.  What causes an enlarged ovary, what are the effects of an enlarged ovary.  Will it decrease fertility or make it harder to get pregnant?  I am so confused please help me
