I am going through a very tired phase, also. My surgery was scheduled for May 8 and because of the docs schedule was changed to June 19. I was super nervous and busy in April but after they moved the date I have been tired all the time. One question, however. You said about you amonia levels being high. I have liver failure and that is one thing they try to avoid having happen. It can cause some of tiredness but more important it can cause confusion in people. I take an OTC product call Lactulose that helps the body get rid of the liver toxins including amonia. I am not recommended just going out and buying this product but you may want to speak to your doctor about it. I hope this helps a bit. Good luck.
I also have liver problems and was on treatment years ago and I'm on Enulose (lactulose). Are you from the states because I live in Florida and I have to have a script. They adjusted the doses while I was in the hospital. I would like to talk more in depth with you about if you don't mind e-mailing me ***@**** Thanks for your comments.
I'll email you later today or tomorrow. I am on my way to Toronto for an appt at the liver clinic. They are cutting back a lot because of lack of organs so I am down to one visit every 4-6months. I don't mind actually since I have been feeling quite good-except for the ovarian cyst thing. I do live in Ontario Canada so differnt things are available otc. By the same token some things in the States are OTC but are prescription here. Go figure. I'll be in touch.
Yikes, you're wishing Scott Peterson's liver on someone? Hush your mouth, girl. :-)
Hi Linda, I hope it is benign too, but as for bikini ready, you should see my scar by my navel. No more 2 piece suits for me. Ask if they are going to make an incision in your navel or near it. In is preferable.

Linda F As long a Scott Peterson Liver was healthy I wouldn't have a problem with that. Actually the doc today said all my blood work is pretty decent so I could go on for years without the transplant.
Md l johnson. My email is peter.***@**** if you get around to emailing me first. I will send you a hi tomorrow. I only came onto the internet to see about an email I was waiting on and of course had to check over here to see what was happening. I am always beat after being down to the Toronto hospitals. I live in a fairly small town and am use to a slower pace of life. Ha, my appt was scheduled at 12:30 - we got back to our car at 2:45. Just in time to hit the start of rush hour home. We get home and our son takes off with some of his buddies to head down to the city. Oh to be that young and energetic. He is working at the plant where my husband works in the office. It is not a bad summer job at all and the commute takes about 5 mins. He has one more year of college and then he's on his own. I imagine we will still be slipping him money from time to time. It is too easy when he is an only child. Not planned that way but we were lucky to get him. He is a good person( other people tell us this as well) and good natured and generous. What more could we ask for. Talk to you tomorrow.
