What does this mean:

There are bilateral ovarian follicle demonstrated.  The right ovary measures 1.7x1.1x2.2 cm an dcontains a solitary follicle measuring 0.5x0.5x0.6 cm

The left ovary measures 3.4x1.5x1.8 cm and contains three follicles.  The largest one measures 1.4x1.1x1.1 cm.

There is no evidence for any fluid in the cul-de-sac.

The endometrial stripe is in the proliferative phase and measures 6 mm
