Finally some resolution...and answers

I went to another doctor for a second opinion on my situation.  We looked at two options...which one was just to wait a few more weeks and do more US test.  The other was to do the scope test.  Due to a tubal pregnancy that ruptured several years back. There could be some scar tissue and other things as well that he wanted to look into.  He mentioned some tubal cysts could be going on.  I have the actual results now from the US that was done.  It says Right ovary is enlarged measuring 6.7 x 5 x 3.3 cm.  There is an exophytic hypoechoic cyst measuring 5 x 3.6 x 2.5 cm.  A few linear internal echoes are identified they could present the sequela of a hemorrhagic cyst.  
IMPRESSION: enlarged right ovary with associated complex cystic lesion.
I opted to do the scope test.  I think my second opinion listened more to what is going on, then the first. He mentioned to me that doing this could relieve some of the pains I have. Has anyone done this test and how did it work out for you?
