If you feel an abnormal amount of fluid, please call your doctor. And, I'm not talking about the regularRegular insulin, monthly bloating during menstrual cycles or what one feels after eating a large meal. I'm talking about your gut instinct telling you that it does not feel normalNormal saline flush. I see from your profile your scheduled soon for minor surgery.
If the fluid has occured since the last time you consulted with your doctor, call him/her now and let him/her know. You may need to go in sooner. Angie
I really don't know if there is a normal amount of "fluid." Mine was definitely abnormal, so your questions will be well answered by one of the professionals on the expert forum or even your own doctor. Don't hesitate to ask your doctor any questions you have. Angie
I don't think there should be any fluid in the pelvis for most health person. Free fluid in pelvic can be caused by inflamation (inflammation), cancer or burst of the cysts.
Peace.
