Followed in a close manner?

I had a cellular fibroma (4 to 6 mitotic figures per 10 hpf) as determined by M D Anderson and  a total hysterectomy.  They said that these can recur on occasion and are considered to be low malignant potential but that I should be followed  in a close manner and long term follow-up is appropriate.  What does "followed in a close manner"  and long term follow-up mean as far as the number of visits per year etc.

yes , we do use vague terms sometimes don't we?

in general close follow up means seeing someone fro check ups every 3 top 6 months, doing exam, getting blood work, getting occasional xrays.
"close follow up" is code for does not need chemo or radiation
