Four Questions

Just a few more questions from me.  I am aware that all signs and symptoms can be from many things, not just cancer. However, why is 'free fluid' on ULTSD more telling? Is there a difference between a cyst on the ovary and one contained in the ovary (re-surgery, i am having one in my ovary removed and analysed)? If CA-125 is normal, does that decrease/eliminate cancer possibility? What is the importance of 'thick walls' in a cyst? I have searched everywhere for answers to those four questions, and found nothing. My age (31) has caused doctors to almost disregard me as I am 'too young' to have ovarian cancer. My stomach has started bloating - yet i have weight loss; and i can't have sex with my husband (too painful).
