Free fluid

I am 25 yrs old and I had problems with ovarian cycsts for a couple of years. I recently had a ultrasound performed and  found that the cyst are gone but the results also stated that I had free fluid in my posterior cul-de-sac and I am curious as to what procedure I can have to remove the fluid and can that fluid keep me and my husband from having children?

it is normal to have fluid in the abdomen. The amount will come and go depending on where you are in your menstrual cycle.
