Frustrating hairloss...

I actually had a molar pregnancy and was given ema-co for 6 sessions.  I did not lose my hair during the entire process.  The doctor and nurses found this to be very strange.  now about a week after my last treatment I  have been steadily losing my hair for 2-3 weeks.  Very slowly maybe week one 200 hairs a day, week 2 about 1500 hairs a day, and now in week 3 it is about 125 hairs a day.  My question is since I am done with the chemotherapy will my hair eventually stop falling out or will it all fall out just at this slow pace?  It is very frustrating for me.  I am growing hair lightly on my legs and pubic area.  Still have most eyebrows and just thinner eyelashes.  Any idea how much more of  my hair I might lose????

Hi There,

You will probably continue to lose your hair this month. Even though the chemo is out of your system, it killed the hair cells , now you are seeing the effect.  It will get better  and your hair will grow back.
best wishes
