Gemcitabine/Carboplatin treatment schedule

Hi!

Could anyone explain me what does the schedule found on http://www.cancerselfdefense.com/gemzar.htm for the Gemcitabine/Carboplatin combination mean?

It is said that "This combination is given x2 cycles q 3 wks, followed by some type of restaging procedure".

Does that schedule mean that the Gemcitabine+Carboplatin combination should be given on Day 1, and Day 1 only, of a 21 day treatment cycle ( i.e. with a 3 weeks time interval) for two consecutive cycles(x2 cycles) before "some type of restaging procedure"?
