Hi JAS,
Thank you for the complete information. You have what I would call 'polymenorrhea' you are just bleeding all the time as opposed to having heavy bleeding while you have a period but then no bleeding in between.
there are three main reasons for such bleeding
-pregnancy
-a structural problem with the uterus
-a hormone imbalance
I would suggest that you get a pregnancy test. you can still get pregnant even after a tubal ligation.
Structural; problems include fibroids , growths on the cervix, growths inside the uterus.
the way to sort that out is physical exam, pap smear, and pelvic ultrasound.
Some growths are malignant (cervical cancer, uterine cancer) but most are benign such as polyps. If the ultrasound shows an abnormal growth inside yur uterus, you should get at least a biopsy or a D&c (dilation and curettage).
hormone imbalance. Sometimes irregular bleeding occur if you are not ovulating. The bleeding can escalate as the lining of the uterus becomes thin from so much bleeding. The treatment is birth control pills or estrogen.
This does not sound like ovarian cancer.
best wishes
