HIPEC surgery

I have had a 3rd recurrence of ovarian cancer....first diagnosis was 2006 and had the huge surgery ...a few complications that required more surgeries...on one year of chemo and was cancer free for 18 months... Cancer came back Jan 2009...had another surgery in March 2009 to remove cancer and place an IP port for IP chemo...had 6 rounds of IP chemo and finished in July 2009...October 2009 bowel obstruction...returned to hospital for bowel obstruction surgery in November...no cancer was found...latest blood work has shown the ca-125  is at 156 and that was one week ago...not sure what it is now..An MRI showed a 1.2cm tumor on my liver and most likely other cells in the abdomen as there is acites (ascites) showing in the abdominal area plus around the liver...I have been recommended the heated chemo surgery...can anyone speak about this with me? I will be 53 in April and other than cancer...very healthy! I live in San Diego area and they have the surgery available at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Californina...Dr. Mark Sherman is in charge of this surgery...please give me as much info as possible. Thank you!
