Just wanted to answer your questions...glad you decided to join in instead of "lurking"lol  I did the same thing, don't feel bad!  I had 2 dermoid cysts...non-cancerous.  I was having left side pain and pulling.  All the ultrasounds kept saying there was a 3cm dermoid on my right ovary, but nothing on the left.  Finally my Dr. ordered a CT which showed a 9.7cm dermoid in the midline area of my left ovary...I knew I wasn't crazy!  Hope all goes well for you!
