High CA 125 during pregnancy ( family history of Ovarian Cancer)

I just recently had a positive pregnancy test which makes me 4-5 weeks along.

My doctor did a sonogram which he saw a decent size cyst on my rt ovary. He then ordered a Ca125 which came back at 60 ( it was 12 in March)

How normal is it to get a high CA125 in early pregnancy?
What is considered High?
I am going to see a specialist in October should i wait that long?

Pregnancy elevates the CA-125, especially during the first trimester.
