How to get rid of the itch?!

My entire stomach is one big ball of itch! The first surgery gave me a little itch but not like this. This second surgery they cut straight down the center of my tummy. I ITCH! I’ve been waking up itching it badly. So ladies, is there any way to stop or calm down the itch? I am afraid I’m going to scratch out all 32 staples!

Could it be an allergic reaction????

They say that it itches when it heals, but who knows.

If it is really bad, then call the doctor.

I would try to cool the are down by put ice and a little water in a plastic bag and wrap with a clean sorf towl, or just simplely use a ice pack.  But you need to keep area as clean as possible.  It worked for me.
