Hypoechioc mass, left ovary simple csyt right.

Hello, Ive been trying to get on : ). I have been exericening pelvic pain, lower back pain, anal itching, fluid from my vagina, fluttering in my stomach, heaviness, bloating, and all the rest above and more along with this hypoechoic mass and simple csyts. I've had an ultrasound, vaginal also, and a ct scan was normal all of my organs look good. Ive seen 2 male doctors blah.. and they told me it was nothing. I'm going to see 2 female specialist... But,I want to know can you all help me with  knowing what's going on.I always think the worse before the best since my mom passed away. I really think that it's  stage I O. C.. along with reading mesages along the board. and  because my body isnt' right.. I'm tired drained, fatigue. craving for ice. I have endometriosis, has had if for years. My youngest child is 17, my tubes has been tied for 16 years. Im in no shape to be my fun ole self as I was in March. What do you all think? Help me before I go se the speciliast on Jun 22. all opinons please.
