Hypoechoic Lesion in the anterior wall of Uterus

by Lav574, Sep 06, 2008 02:44AM
I am 34 years old and I have a daughter of 11 years old.  My periods were normal untill, i was getting spotings from    5-Aug-08 and started bleeding from 15-Aug-08 till now.

My Pelvis scan report says

"Uterus is anteverted, normal in size and echotexture.  Shows a hypoechoic lesion in the anterior wall measuring 26 x 26 mm.
Uterus measures 82x44x62 mm.
Endometrium Measures MM
Right Ovary obscured by bowel gas shadows.
Left ovary appeared normal measuring 31x33 mm.  Shows a cyst measuring 19 mm.
Pouch of Douglas is free"

My doctor checked the TVS and found ET - Thin,  but found multiple fibroid in utrerus.  She is guessing this is main reason for heavy bleeding.  She has advised Regestrone 5mg  1-1-1 for 20 days and gave an injection to stop the bleeding immediately.

Please advise. I am worried whether I am I heading for an ovarian cancer !   I am also planning for my 2nd child, is it advisable to go for it.
