I am new and would like to know what is CA125

Hi there.  The CA-125 is a cancer marker used mainly for post-menopausal women and/or women who have had cancer, to see how everything is.  In pre-menopausal women is not very reliable since it can be elevated for several reasons like endometriosis, cysts, etc. So if you are not certain, talk to your doctor.
