I have both ovarian blood cysts and masses

I have had a hyster 12yrs ago and was able to keep my right ovary. The reason for my hyster was that I was full of endometrosis and dysplasa and cancer cells also blood cysts on my right ovary that burst when my doctor opened me up and barely touched them. The result of the burst was I had blood filled cyst 3 times over on each other.

Now I just went to ER b/c of horrible pain on my right side and knew/suspected that I had a cyst. I was not ready for the news I got! I was told I have Masses on my ovary and of course they are worrisome. I was scheduled for an ultrasound which I had and when I looked at the pictures I w/o a doubt could see the ovary engulfed w/ what looked like cysts or as the doctors said masses. My doc who is not a ob/gyn just a family prac, said no biggy.

My concern is that I have a history of having CANCER and had to have a hyster b/c of it. wouldn't I be more likely to have it on the lone ovary that was left? All the symptoms, pain, and swelling are EXACTLY the same as when I had cancer. I really need some help here b/c my doc wants to leave it be for 3 months and I am not only in so much pain but making myself worried sick over this! I can't sleep, can't eat, can't think straight, it is putting a strain on my marriage, I am just a wreck b/c deep down I just feel this isn't right and I am sick. In the last 3 months that I have had symptoms my weight has gone down than can back up and keeps doing this.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME???
