I want to know if BV can be linked to cancer in the female reproductive organs

I want to start with the fact that I have an IUD (mirena), and I think it is the culprate to my problems. I have had severe abdominal pressure and pain. I had gone to the emergency room because of it and I don't know if I had fever, but I had major hot flashes. They ran blood work and I had a sono and intervag. sono, and they found that my uterus was enlarged, my right ovary had a solid lesion( which I think is a cyst), and there was a good amount of fluid in my uterus. I took the reports and results to my women's health clinic. The pregnancy test,  was negative. I also had a pap done. I am waiting for the results on that, but she had noticed that  basically all of my organs are inflamed. She said she detected infection, and it is bacterial vaginosis. I am doing my treatment for it now and she awaits my results from my pap. She worried me because she said that because of my history of having pre-cancer cells during my first pregnancy she wants to have me fully examined after we clear up the inflamation (inflammation) and infection. I had my IUD for almost 3 years now and have repeatedly had to go to the emergency room for the same symptoms except this time I have an infection along with the inflamed organs. And I really want to believe that it is the IUD and that the solid lesion is a cyst due to the IUD as well. I am still in pain, but hopefully it will clear up soon. I am having the mirena removed when I go in for my results, but I am worried because I don't want to get pregnant and both of my children were conceived while I was on birth control pills. And I can't do depo because I have already tried that is it really messes my hormones up. So I am worried. I have to make a descion, but I want to make it based on if it really is my mirena or not. I had the mirena put in because I do not want anymore kids right now. My husband and I are really in a tight spot with money and I am in school for nursing right now. OH and we are completely faithful! lol I almost forgot to tell you
