Interferons-alternatives

Read an article today about a man who says he was cured of cancer with interferon alpha treatments.  So looked it up and then looked under stimulating natural interferon and found this site:http://artists.banff.org/melinda/carrier/invalid/texts/natural.html...
I was so reassured to see that at least 4 of these natural interferons listed were the same ones that I have been taking in high dosages since I was diagnosed.  I didn't know they stimulate interferons and am now more convinced that they are what have helped me deal with the side effects of the chemo meds (only hairlose/tiredness & white cells never fell below the minimum) and why I feel good most of the time...Going to continue taking them!!!

Thanks for pointing ot that gingko is a blood thinner, think  you mentioned this caution before with alternatives.  Do believe that we are not doing any harm takings these and hearing that your nutritionist recommends it, confirms it. Just have to be religious about it and also take large amounts.

That's good Kimchi. I have taken or take a few of these. Melatonin I take every nite (brain).. Gingko (brain) (not on now with chemo cause it's a blood thinner). Doing CoQ10, grape seed extract, milk thistle, mushrooms, vit. C. Chlorophyll and spirulina is in my SuperFood. Of course not all every day. Some here and there. Way to go!  And my nutritionist at the hospital recommended.
