Intravaginal sonogram interpretation

Hy findings in my transvaginal ultrasound. The uterus is normal in size measuring 5.1x3.3x4.4. The echotexture of the uterus is heterogenous possibility of a myometrial mass cannot be excluded. A small calcific focus. Is noted in the fundal region of the uterus.the endometrial lining measures 0.7 cm in thickness. The right and left ovaries are normal in size. The right ovary meadures 1.8x1.2x2.8 cm a 7x7 mm cyst with possible septation is noted in the right ovary. The left ovary measures 1.4x1.7x2.0 cm. A 8x8x8 mm cyst is seen in the left ovary. No free fluid is noted in the pelvis.  I wish to know what this results means because I'm very sick with my abdomen really big like pregnant women with 5 months. Diarrea (diarrhea) please help me thank you. I' don't have my period for 4 years because in 2009 my doctor remove one uterine fybroma and endometrial ablation.
