Irregular Periods

I am 42 years old and have had ovarian cysts removed around 2 years ago.  Since then i have my periods 2 or 3 times a month at times then other times i miss them altogether for a couple of months. Is there any reason for concern do you think?

i am 18 years old. i had an ovarioan cyst about 7months back and it was removed by a laproscopic surgery and since then it has been casuing me uncomfortableness and it seems the period becomes irregular. would this be a casueing another cyst to grown in my ovary or would this lead me to a situation i may not get pregnant?
