Is it harder for me to get pregnant with one ovary?

I recently had a baby by C section and when the doctors where operating on me they descovered i had a large dermoid cyst on my ovary. They then had to remove the whole ovary. It has now been worrying me wether the cyst could be cancer?, if i could get a cyst on my other ovary?, if it is going to be harder for me to get pregnant in the future? and if i should want another baby should i do it more sooner than later? Could you please help me with these questions, as im really worried?. Thanks.

The only knowledge that I have is that a dermoid is non-cancerous...I know people who have gotten pregnant with 1 ovary..for a better answer I think you should direct your post to the pregnancy forum and the ovary cyst forum..This forum is basically for women suffering with ovarian cancer, caring for someone with ovca or waiting to see if they have ovca.
