You posted a concern under someone else's question.  To answer  your concerns, just because the first line of chemo did not work or is not working, doesn't mean that other's chemos won't help.  Speak to your doctor about other options.

As for "the end", it is different for everyone.  But, before you start worrying about that, please seek another opinion if your doctor is not offering other options.

Ovarian Cancer can be treated like a chronic condition with the right drugs.
