LPA

In literature, LPA is described as a potential Biomarker for Ovarian and other gynecologic cancers. A few months ago I've seen the information that LPA kit is available for research purposes. In our hospital we have frozen samples of women diagnosed as ovarian cancer, and in our laboratory we would like to make some additional tests (beside CA 125). LPA is a promissing one, as well as Brahms informed costumers, they have some additional serum and tissue marker.
Who produces LPA? What is the alternative procedure? How can we solve the problems with centrifugation in the stage of preparation of samples for TLC?
