I HAD A TEST DONE AND THE RESULTS WERE , HETEROGENEOUS UTERUE WHICH MEASURES 7.6 X 4.6 X 5.O CM .  THER ARE MULT HYPOECHOIC LESIONS IN THE UTERUS, THE LARGEST IS 2.4 X2.4 X 2.2 CM , AND IS LOCATED IN THE POSTERIOR ASPECT OF THE FUNDUS, COMPATIBLE WITH LEIOMYOMATA, AND THE ENDOMETRIAL ECHO COMPLEX IS NOT SEEN WHAT DOSE THIS MEAN????

Not great with uteruses, but I believe you have a fibroid in your uterus.  The Gyn forum would probably be of more benefit to you.
