Leg Pain

by Berthac, Jun 07, 2004 12:00AM
I was diagnosed Sept.2003 with Stage 3C ovarian cancer which had metastised to the omentum and some rectal seeding with 1 positive node. I had a SAH, Omentectomy and Debulking. I just completed 9 sessions of Taxotere and Carboplatin. My initial CA125 before surgery was 1056. After my first chemo it came down to 32. The last 4 months they have been 5.6 or below 5. I have been feeling really good except for some nagging upper left thigh pain and some nagging back pain. It's hard to describe the pain but its like a numb feeling but it still hurts. I had pain there before surgery except is was severe pain. It never really went away but was much less. It seems to be getting worse but is still tolerable. I am concerned this may be a recurrance but have been unable to find any information out about this.

Thank you,
Bertha
