Link between cancer types

My aunt had ovarian cancer w/full hysterectomy, my mom and younger brother have malignant melanoma, great aunt died of breast cancer,2 others died of lung cancer. Prior to birth of my son I had irregular discharge/pain during sex/have always had very irregular periods/rectal bleeding. I was told it might be endometriosis, I could go for exploratory surgery or get pregnant, I got pregnant. Experienced "pre-period" cramping for 2 years prior to getting my period. Last week I was diagnosed with very severe dysplasia and will go for colopscopy & biopsy 3/10/03. My WBC was at 11.7 last March(haven't had new blood test done yet). Is there any known link between cancer types? I was scheduled for a complete physical 2/25/03, should I ask for any other tests to be done since I have just received this info given my family history?
