Lower back pain, pelvic pain, discharge for a year HELP!!!!!

For the last year I have had left lower back pain, left pelvic pain, yellowish-green discharge, and something like skin after my period. I also spot occasionally after sex. In may I had an ultrasound and they said I had a solid mass on my left ovary. In June they went to take it out and it was gone. My CA125 was OK. I am still having pain and it is getting worse. I am 28 and I do have HPV, but my doctor seems to think there is nothing majorly wrong. My grandma died of ovarian cancer and I am sick of feeling this! Help!!! Any suggestions!!!!!

Well I am not sure but I had The same problem with the pain. My Dr. said that I had Pelvic pain. It caused bloating, back pain pain durning intercourse. I only had my right ovary left. He said I had alot of scar tissue. Well on Friday I had my ovary taken out and the scar tissue and I had blatter surgery. Hopefully that will take care of everything.
