Lump on cervix

Iwhent to the doctor for a pap test it came back as abnormal its not cancer so the doctor told me to come back after 3month I was worried so I did a self examination I felt a small pea sized lump on the left end of my cervix it has increased in size what could this be its on its own ?

what was the exact wording of your pap smear report?
most bumps on the cervix are called nabothian cysts which are benign and normal
