Menstral irregularity

I a 27 years old, healthy, and have been experiencing menstral problems for over 5 months.  Over the summer I became quite malnurished, and at the same time stopped getting my period.  The last time I menstrated was in June.  I saw my personal physician about this, and she believed that it was because I was under weight and malnurished.  So for the last three I have made a conscious effort to stay "nourished", but still have not received my period. This summer I was also taking Lamisil, and finished up my prescription about a month ago.  For awhile I was experiencing bloating in my abdominal area.  Any advice?

I am 18 years old, and I've gotten my period only three times in my entire life.  I still somtimes get cramps. What is wrong with me?

I am now 30.  I have always had abnormal periods.  The last time I had my menstral cycle was last April.  I have went to the doctor, and he wants me to be put on birth control pill.  I have not had a tubble done.  Because I am still young and one day want to have another child.  Even though I feel (never been told) that my baby having years are over.  And the other reason for me not to want to get on birth control pills is because of the weight that it makes you gain.  Last April when I had my menstral cycle I had been 8 mths before I had that one.  Every other month I get this cramp like I am getting ready to start but will not start.  Also last year the Doctor percribed be Pometreium (excuse spelling) and I took it for 2 months, then quite, because I didn't start.  Please help!
