Mo question

I suffer from bloating, mild pain during intercourse, spotting after intercourse, weight gain, diahrrea daily (3-4x) and mid-period spotting for days with clots.  I tire easily, feel like I could vomit often (did once, with dark red, but the next day vomited, little pink, vomited later in the week, no color) urinate often (sometimes brown and foul smelling) and have had an episode of ovarian cyst in my 20's.  I am almost 40, have had two children ( one early miscarriage), nursed for 2 years each, am a bit overweight, but not too much, eat well.  I am concerned, could it be Ovarian or Colon or Uterine cancer?  My Primary keeps putting me off, though did a CBC, all basically normal, the glucose was high but I did not fast, the kidney function was high, but I have been imbibing, but over all ok..  My blood pressure was higher than normal (usually under the recommended) but not of concern.  I will try to visit a GI doc to start, but should my gyne (who was not worried about these symptoms during my well woman visit) be contacted.  I am not sure who to bother with this.  Thanks
