I had a sonogram done that noted small amount of fluid in the morison's pouch and complex mass on the right side of the pelvis (15 cm) and small on left (4 cm). Ovaries were not visualized separately. Anyway, the MRI did not note fluid. I am having surgery next week by an OB/GYN Ocologist. The removal of both masses and both ovaries with a possibility of part of the bowel. Anyway, what does the fluid in the Morison's Pouch mean?
