Myometrium is diffusely heterogeneous??

My dr didn't really discuss these results with me and I'm wondering what they mean. Thank you

TRANSABDOMINAL FINDINGS:
Uterus: Anteverted, measuring 7 x 4.1 x 3.6 cm.  Myometrium is
diffusely heterogeneous with irregular with the junctional suggestive
of adenomyosis.

TRANSVAGINAL FINDINGS:
Endometrial stripe: 5 mm. Small echolucent fluid in the fundal canal.
Stable 2 mm subendometrial calcification in the posterior wall.

Cervix: Small nabothians with adjacent stable tiny calcifications.

Right ovary: Removed. No adnexal abnormality.

Left ovary: Very poorly visualized due to positioning peristalsing
bowel. Ovary measured 2.5 x 2 x 1.4 cm. Patient's pain was localized
to the left adnexa region. There is no pelvic free fluid.
