Need help- What questions should I ask?

I have a transvaginal ultrasound scheduled in the morning, along with my pre-op for a hysterectomy, this is my situation... I had surgury for endometriosis on Dec. 22, and had 4 small simple cysts drained at that time. Two weeks later, I was having severe pain on my right side (ovary), and nausea (which started the end of Nov.) so I had a trans. vag. ultrasound and was told that I have two more simple cyts separated by a thin wall. Is that the same as a cyst with septations, or is that indeed two 'seperate' cysts. My OB had a CA-125 done, and my level was 14. She seemed very concerned that I had two cysts (3cm) back so quickly following surgery. She said the very soonest they should have came back was at around 4 months. She now is talking to me about a hysterectomy (I'm 27, with 2 kids- and I'm done).... but that's a major procedure. I just want to know if I should really be concerned. My surgury is scheduled for Feb. 16, so any help would be greatly appreciated, asap. Thanks, onna How often are septated cysts cancerous?

I can't answer all of your questions.  But I have a question for you, you said you have endometriosis, did your doctor tell you what kind of cysts they were?   If they were endometriomas, to drain them wouldn't do much good, they would just fill right back up.
