Next step after Taxol/Carbo, Topotecan, Doxil

I was diagnosed with stage IIIC Ovarian Cancer May 30, 2002. I had only four of the intended six sessions of Taxol/Carb as I was determined to be refractory by CA-125, CatScan and finally PetScan which concluded that I had active disease.  I took four sessions of Topotecan and was informed that my disease had stabilized with a CA-125 of 120.  I was switched to Doxil in hopes of achieving a better quality of life.  I will receive my third of four doses of Doxil on January 31st.  My last CA-125 had gone up to 185, but I was told not to be alarmed because Doxil sometimes does not have results until after the third dose.  What options do you suggest if I no longer have stable disease with Doxil?  I did not tolerate Topotecan very well.  Should I search for clinical trials at this stage as I have heard that it is sometimes difficult to get enrolled in promising studies because of being on multiple drug regimens.  Thank you for your attention to my question.
