Welcome! I would think that you may want to call your gyn and have this checked. The cyst could have ruptured and that could be what is causing the pain. It sounds like the same pain I had when my cyst ruptured. It lasted a few days. Give dr. a call and help to ease your mind. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Godspeed

Get in there and get yourself checked out...it could be anything from a ruptured cyst to a hot appendixAppendectomy...just get it checked for your own peace of mind (and mine too).
