Not Sure WhatIs Going On

I have had a pap come back abnormal with epithelial cell abnormality, low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion,mild dysplasia and HPV. So I went for a transvaginal sonogram and it came back I have a bulky uterus, approximately 6 mm thick endometrial echoes. I have a Nabothian gland duct cyst in cervical region and my right ovay shows follicle cyst within it. Can anyone explain to me what this means? I keep getting jibberish everytime I ask. My primary doctor has sent me to a GYN but meanwhile I know nothing until I see her. The only the Gyn office would tell me is we would discuss my treatment options when I come in but what am I getting treated for?
