Not a question.............

I finally have the date to get my I/P port out.  My general surgeon is taking it out on April 28th. I feel so good about getting rid of it. It is hard not to feel like a cancer patient with a huge, hard contaption screwed to your rib. It is a constant reminder of those nasty I/P treatments.

I will be in and out of the forum until I get my computer fixed or replaced. Sometimes it will work for awhile, then it freezes up. I am trying to avoid spending money to get it fixed, but so far it looks like it needs to visit the computer doctors.

Alright Marie, I am sure that you will feel much better after it is removed. I have not had to get one yet and hopefully I won't for awhile.
While your at it, just buy a couple of bras, why not?

Glad to hear it!!!  I just got mine out on Monday and already feel better.  The ribs are still a little sore to sleep on but it's nice knowing that that part of life is over.  Enjoy!!!

Dear Marie,

I don't know why, but I thought the port was coming out this past Tuesday (confused as usual). I am, however, glad you really do have a date to have it removed. You're are going to feel sooo much better, and you can wear your bikini again (whew, just in time for SUMMER)!!!! I will PM you this weekend (hopefully, your computer cooperates). Take care!

Hugs,
Shari
