OVARIAN CYSTS

I am 50 years old. Started to have bad pain in lower left side and under rid cage. This got very bad and went to hospital they put me in and ran CT. Said it was a adnexal cystic structure which measures 4 cms x4.7 cms and shows densities of approx. 0 hounsfield units. I have been reading on ovarian cysts and find that a lot of cysts after the change are cancer. There is a lot of cancer in my family. I only have a part of ovary, all other was removed 5 years ago. I am so afraid this is cancer.
