OVARIAN CYSTS

MY QUESTION TODAY IS WHEN SHOULD AN OVARIAN CYST BE REMOVED?
I HAVE AN CYST ON MY LEFT OVARY AND IT HAS BEEN ON MY OVARY SINCE OCT SO IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND IT HAS NOT GONE AWAY. I ALSO HAVE ENDO AND PCOS. MY SYMPTOMS ARE SOME PAIN LOW BACK PAIN CONSTANT TRIPS TO THE RESTROOM AND PAIN WITH SEX.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP I THANK YOU
